Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Natures Flood order. If something is not right, this page explains how to return it and how you will be refunded.

1. Our 30 day returns window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to ask for a return or an exchange. Please contact us within this time and we will tell you what to do next.

2. How to return an item

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return. Please tell us whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will reply with the address to send your parcel to.

Please do not send anything back until we have replied. Parcels sent without contacting us first may be delayed.

3. Return postage

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you pay for the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost on their way back to us.

4. Condition of returned items

Items should be returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, skincare and intimate care products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged. Unopened products with their seals intact are welcome back within the 30 day window.

5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if you can. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund. We will also cover the cost of the return postage for these items.

6. Refunds

Once your return reaches us we will check it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the items. If you return your whole order, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.

7. Exchanges

If you would like a different product instead, tell us when you get in touch. We will confirm availability and arrange the exchange with you.

8. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer under UK law.
