We accept major credit and debit cards, plus any other payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment must be received in full before we process your order.

Shipping is not included in the listed product prices. Delivery is a flat £2.50 and we currently deliver to UK addresses only. The cost is added to your total at checkout, so you can see exactly what you will pay before you confirm your order.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Once your order has left us, delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside our control.

Yes. Join the Natures Flood newsletter for skincare stories, product news and a 15% welcome discount. Your discount code is in your welcome email. You can sign up using the form at the bottom of any page.

We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your order, please email us within 30 days of receiving it and we will arrange a return or exchange. Please contact us before sending anything back. Postage for a change of mind return is paid by the customer.

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare cannot be returned unless it is faulty or damaged. It comes down to texture. Our Moisturising Body Oil is a nourishing blend of botanical oils including jojoba, wheat germ, sea buckthorn, rice bran, rosehip and argan, with squalane and vitamin E.

Whipped Pearl Body Butter is a richer, creamier choice. It combines shea, mango and cocoa butters with botanical oils. Many people enjoy using both.

It is a botanical facial elixir featuring bakuchiol, squalane and vitamin E. It was created for a nourishing evening skincare routine.

GlowBalance Niacinamide Face Cleanser is a gentle cleansing formula with niacinamide, provitamin B5 and Lactobacillus ferment ingredients.

Yes. Both the Intimate Foam Wash and the Intimate Oil Serum are created for external intimate care only. The foam wash is a soap-free formula with aloe vera for gentle cleansing. The oil serum is a moisturising serum for dry-feeling external intimate skin.

Always check the packaging of your product for the list that applies to it. If you would like the current full ingredient list for any product, just ask us.

Our packaging promise is to use recyclable and reusable packaging and to keep unnecessary packaging to a minimum. Recycling rules differ between areas, so please check your local guidance for each component.
